Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LawBridgePath services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Consulting Services

LawBridgePath provides tailored legal consulting for businesses. Engagements may include advisory sessions, document review, and strategic planning. For custom proposals, please fill out our contact form.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides, checklists, and templates designed to support business legal needs. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation. All digital products are delivered via secure download links.

4. Physical Goods

Occasionally, LawBridgePath may supply printed materials or branded items. Shipment details and lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full prior to the commencement of services, delivery of digital products, or shipment of goods. Accepted methods of payment will be listed in your proposal or invoice.

6. Refund Policy

We maintain distinct refund terms for each category of offering:

• Consulting Services: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before a scheduled session qualify for a refund of fees. Cancellations after this window are non-refundable due to time commitment. However, you may elect to apply your paid fees as a credit toward a future session to be used within 90 days of the original date.
• Information Products: Once a digital product link is accessed or downloaded, the purchase is final and non-refundable. If you experience delivery difficulties, we will provide a replacement link or alternative format upon request submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• Physical Goods: If an item is undamaged, you may send it back within 30 days at your expense for inspection. Upon approval, a refund of the original fees will be issued. Defective items will be replaced at no charge or refunded in full, at your discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation. Credits applied for services may be scheduled once using our contact form.

7. No-Show and Rescheduling

For consulting sessions, failure to attend without at least 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment.

8. Changes to Terms

LawBridgePath reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
